POLICIES

At KB Brow Studios, we go out of our way to make sure our valued clients have the best experience possible, from the minute they enter our doors to the moment they leave our shop. Please take a moment to review our policies to ensure you understand our operations procedures. If you have any questions, just get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.

- We require 24 hours cancellation notice prior to your scheduled appointment,

   otherwise you will be charged 50% of the appointment total.

 

- Full price will be charged for No-Shows. No-Shows cannot be rebooked unless there is a prepayment.

   If you’re needing to change the date you scheduled, please do so 24 hours prior to your appointment. If cancelled after 24    hours, you will be charged cancellation fee.

 

- Independent contractor pricing differs.

 

- Even if you have a package, membership or gift card, this cancellation policy will still apply to you.

- Deposits are non-refundable.

- There are no refunds for completed services but we will do the best to accommodate you. Please reach out to us if you        have any questions or concerns at info@kbbrowstudios.com.

We are requiring masks in the shop as of 08/03/21 so please bring a mask with you to your appointment.
